How to get a good night sleep - part 2

This is part 2 of our get better sleep series, please try to incorporate as many of these tips as you can, and see which help you the most. Play with it and have fun. I also recommend getting a fitness bracelet that tracks sleep patterns. There are several on the market, and I do not want to endorse any in particular. Write down your dreams if you have them. It helps understand or bring meaning to them for you. Or have them interpreted by a professional. They may give insight to your inner struggles that your subconscious is working on.

Bonus Tip Three:

Are your brainwaves right at the right times? All to often life can dysregulate our brain waves so that when we are supposed to be in a restful state, we are often aroused keeping us from those recuperative Z’s.
